Orchidea Dessert is an artisan pastry & bakery by Chef R. Gilang Wardhana Wantika in Bandung.
Born from a love of the pastry craft, Orchidea Dessert makes cakes, laminated pastries and artisan breads by hand with carefully selected ingredients.
Our philosophy is simple: made by passion. Every order is baked fresh (H-1) so texture and flavour are always at their best.
Beyond the retail menu, Chef Gilang also offers chef-entrepreneur consultancy, private dining and group events.
